Glenrothes Camp and St Andrews Cruise 25-26 July 2009
Kingdom Caravan Park and St Andrews Beach
Five vans met up at Kingdom Caravan Park on the Saturday for a bbq and pre-cruise camp. Davey, Andy, Kevin and Pamela, Kevin and Audrey, and Susan and Raymond (oh and the Denbydugs of course).
Lovely weather and some good chat made this a great day - and night. Elephant impersonations from Davey wi a peshwari naan. Kevin bbqing haribos. And the 'naan-based' fire pit.
(Hope the wee seasonal caravanner found his teeth the next day!)
Next day we queued up to meet up with the lvwc cruise coming from Corstorphine. The weather was dreich, but the CB chat was good : ) The weather brightened as we reached St Andrews and lined up along the beach. We circled the wagons to keep out the wind and enjoyed a great sunny day with good company and good chat.
