Touring the Scottish highlands in wee Jock!

Here we are. We got quite a distance. From Edinburgh to Blair Atholl which has a lovely site. On to Dingwall to stay with friends. Then to Badachro, Gairloch with more friends but the weather was awful and the midges were worse. Here we all are outside Jock. It is no coincidence that we are very near Gruinard where the anthrax tests were carried out!
On then to Hopeman caravan park in a storm to meet more friends. Jock could have been a lot of fun had the weather been kinder. It is elderly and although it has a new engine and gearbox, the rest is a bit worn and driving without power steering in the Highlands was tough.
Still, an experience not to be missed or repeated - maybe!!
