Hello there!! The site's really good...you've done a grand job!! I am working on the Wednesday before the Jam so we will prob be going early Thursday mornin. I want to get a nice site for Thursday night so that I can get a shower and do my hair...because once we're in camperjam we can't get a shower. We are on holidsy for the week too...se we will be camping close to the festival on the sunday night too. I'll start looking for some sites nearby.

Hey guys, I'm trying to track down someone I met at the Aeon Festival and I believe she's a member of the campervan army. She's from North Devon but now lives in Poole and drives an '82 T25.
Any help would be great
Posted by admin on Sep 05th, 2009
Sorry Dan -- no-one with an 82 T25 on board. Good luck with your search : )

Site was good for the wee one but loo's could have been doing with being a bit cleaner....Went to Scottish Musem of flight and got our tickets for a trip on concorde (real worth while trip, totally recomended day out).

that sounds fantastic!! would love to join you guys down the motorway!! 2 week trip round europe sounds amazing!! we're hoping to drive to greece in the summer, we have friends there who have a t5 and travel over here lots, only thing is daisy's 76 aircooled engine, she's not let us down yet though!! that's brilliant, can't wait for santa pod, the kids are excited too, our wee boy is 10 and at a great age for it, he loves all the drag racing!!

Hi Flynn family
The website below has a list of all the highland games that are on in 2010.
http://www.shga.co.uk/events.php

As for good beaches, campsites etc, I'm sure there are other campervan army commrades that have plenty of recommendations (we have only had our van for one year so still building up a knowledge good places to visit). We love the north east coast (Nairn, Findhorn area)as the beaches are nice & we always spot dolphins, seals & porpoises.

Enjoy your visit to Scotland & your time in the camper!
If i think of any other recommendations I'll pop them on here.
Posted by admin on Jun 03rd, 2010
Hi Flynn's
I'll get some info together for you and email off soon. Sounds a great trip - we're just back from two weeks in Europe so I hope you enjoy it here as much as we did nearer your neck of the woods. Agree with Jules above - Findhorn area is really nice - I will send you a link to a great campsite there that we went to a few years back.
cheers
Susan
